Microwave and Kjeldahl digestion, Soxhlet and accelerated solvent extraction, nitrogen blowdown, vortex mixing, homogenizing, planetary ball milling, ultrasonic crushing and acid distillation — covering inorganic and organic sample preparation for food, environmental, pharmaceutical and materials testing.
Microwave digestion is used when the sample has to be fully dissolved in acid before trace-metal measurement by ICP or AAS. Kjeldahl digestion is used for nitrogen and protein determination. Measuring metals points to microwave; measuring protein content points to Kjeldahl.
Vessel material, volume and pressure rating depend on sample type, acid used and batch size. Tell us what you are digesting or extracting, and the vessel, insert and seal specification is confirmed in writing before the order — with matching consumables supplied together with the instrument.
Yes. Digestion, extraction, concentration and clean-up can be assembled as a single laboratory package with one export documentation set, one shipping plan and one point of contact.
We offer custom specifications, application guidance and matched accessories. Tell us about your workflow.
